Warranty on Purchased Items
We are very selective in the manufacturers we deal with. All items come with the full warranty by the manufacturer or we will not deal with them. If your item is defective we will handle it for you. There are strict guidelines because of fraud, it affects us all so we have to put rules into place to protect us, and to insure great pricing in the future. We have to be notified within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. We use UPS or USPS and we receive delivery date , and time for tracking purposes. So when you receive your item go ahead and check it out. Only takes a moment. If it is defective (not due to shipping damage that is below) as stated we have to know within 48 hours of delivery receipt time, and the item must be returned to us within 5 working days. We in turn deal with the manufacturer, and either we or the manufacturer will send you a replacement item as quickly as possible. Normally within 48 hours of the manufacturer receiving the defective item they send out its replacement. Some will send it directly to you saving time, and others will only send the item to us, and we in turn send it to you. We will also reimburse you for your shipping of the item back to us based on our shipping cost of (UPS service Regular Ground Delivery Cost).
ITEM DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
If your item is damaged in shipment you must take the item, and the box it was shipped in to the carrier. We use either UPS or USPS. We insure all shipments so they have no issue with handling the claims. If you would prefer for us to handle the Item damaged in shipment then we will certainly help you. We have to be notified within 24 hours of receipt of Shipment. That is within 24 hours of the date/time stamp on our delivery notice we get for tracking purposes. Then you must mail the damaged item, and the original shipping container to us. Not in the original shipping container, but the item and the original shipping container has to be packaged and sent to us, because the carrier will want to see the container it was originally shipped in. That the carrier policy both UPS, and USPS. We will then send you a replacement item. Being that the damage incurred because of the carrier, and we purchase insurance on the items from the carrier for you we do not reimburse you for the cost to send the item back to us. To avoid the shipping fee you can chose to take the item and get the claim from the carrier. We are more than happy to handle it, but it will cost you the shipping fee to return it to us. There has been so much fraud in this area we have to set strict guidelines.
Final sale policy, and guidelines.
This policy is in strict accordance to United States Federal law under the Uniform Commercial Code, and according to the laws in Georgia, Texas, and Iowa the three States we either operate an office out of or have representatives or consultants out of.
We deal with a tremendous volume of business due to our low pricing, and our great client care, and service. According to law we can make all purchases final except when damaged in shipment or in the case of a defective item. For issues with a damaged shipment or defective item see that section. This does not pertain to them.
If the item is not defective (determined by manufacturer) or damaged in shipment all sales are final. With the high volume of sales we have we simply cannot allow people to take things home, and decide later they do not want the item. I know this happens a lot when a person impulse shops.Later something happens and they need the money, the first thing some people will do is take the last things they purchased back. By law, we do not have to do this. It is left up to the individual company to decide, according to Federal law under the Uniform Commercial Code, and Georgia, Texas, and Iowa State Law.
We feel that impulse shoppers normally do not purchase over the Internet, because during the process you go through to do purchase online, typically they would have changed their minds. So to properly handle our high sales volume, and to keep our pricing as low as possible we decided all sales are final. If we did not we would have to open a separate division to handle returns, and there is no profit in that. We would have to pass the loss on to the price of our products causing future clients to pay more. So please insure that you want the item, can afford the item before you purchase the item. We are a very professional company, and tell you these things up front. We want the very best for you. Most companies have the same guidelines, especially on the Internet, but they do not mention it until you try and return it. We tell you up front. When you deal with Atlanta World Mall or our Whole/Retail division you can be sure of consistent, and excellent client care, and the very best pricing that we can offer. Most online companies or out of the kitchen stores that operate online will not give you telephone information. A professional company will.
