A small history of our successes, and below important information on shipping, and delivery.

We operated a commercial, and residential construction company in Atlanta. We dealt with Major renovations,and consulting. After almost 15 successful years we closed the doors to retire. During this time, and now being 11 years we involved ourselves in the Imports/Exports business. We dealt mainly with Industrial replacement parts. During this time we came aware of all the consumer goods that we buy are mostly manufactured overseas. We developed a large amount of friends and contacts in these industries. We also realized the enormous markup by retailers. So we have recently decided to expand our market to the individual consumer. We did expand it to retial, and wholesale companies, but we want to fisrt offer the individual consumer an opportunity to receive a great bargain before it reaches the markup levels of retail.

CONTACT INFORMATION
On our contact information page you will find all the ways we have to be contacted. You will also find the Secure PO Box to send your payment if paying by check or money order. You will also find our physical address. The physical address is simply there to show our transparency in doing business. We do not see clients there. We do all our sales either on location of the wholesale, or retail merchant or online for individuals. You will also find all of our office hours on the contact page.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING NOTICE
We stand behind our products and only deal with the direct manufacturers, and only those with tremendous reputations. Just because they manufacture a popular name brand or product means nothing in the lines of customer care , and reliability. We are very select in choosing those we attach our name to. They have agreed to sell direct to us even in small quantities at the same price they would charge for larger orders. Our reputation of doing large volumes are well known with the manufacturers. By allowing us to order small quantities it enables us to deliver a cheaper price , because our warehousing costs are dramatically lower. This works out better for the client, and us. We do ask that all items that are purchased from us are allowed 2-3 weeks for delivery. Rarely have we seen it take anywhere near that time, but due to the fact we have very limit warehousing to keep prices down we sometimes can run very low on a product over night. We have to place a rapid restock order. We also in order to get the same pricing for small orders as we would large orders had to agree to allow them extra time to get our items to us. So we simply tell you this in case for some reason it takes 2-3 weeks you know why. If that were to occur you will be notified immediately so you are aware. Also you will receive a tracking number as soon as payment is received so you know the status at all times. As stated we rarely see an order take more than a week, but we tell you this so that if for some odd reason it happens you know why. With Atlanta World Mall we are very accessible, and truly prefer to speak on the telephone to our clients instead of dull emails. So know that we are very easy to reach by what ever method you prefer.
